Time for website creativity, says Care UK

Want to see some top HR online marketing? Blackbird recommends the new careers site of Care UK, the health and social care company.

We particularly like the video on the front page, a kind of ‘new readers start here’ guide which explains what Care UK is and does. But then we would like it, given that Blackbridge wrote, designed, cast and produced the little fella.

Extreme interviewing, or extreme annoyance?

If you were a dinosaur, what would you be? Name five uses for staplers, without the staples. If you were for sale on eBay, what would be the asking price?

Pinterest-ed?

Pinterest, the new buzzword on the lips of social media enthusiasts, is the breakout social network of 2012. The online pinboard where you can ‘organise and share things you love’ has so far attracted 12 million users.

Blackbird has always liked pinboards in the real world. Without them where would one keep takeaway menus, children’s drawings and six month old dentist appointment cards? Initially, he struggled to see how such an unstructured concept could have any role to play in structuring the lives and affairs of social media types.
