Gappers: is there a gap in your knowledge?
For some employers, gap year students are the pick of the graduate crop. They’ve got all the education plus the common sense and social skills that (arguably) come from a year ‘finding yourself’. But according to recent research, courtesy of Target Job, employers don’t know as much as they think about this attractive but tricky candidate constituency.
